Shipping Policy

Pre-Made / On-Hand Policy

All products listed as on-hand are ready to ship within 24–48 hours after your order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for UPS to deliver your package.

We are a small business, and while we do our best to ship every order on time, occasional delays may happen due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is ever a delay with your order, we will communicate with you through email.

PRE ORDER POLICY 

If a product is listed as a pre-order, it means the item is being made from scratch after your order is placed due to high demand.

The estimated shipping timeframe will always be listed in bold in the product description. Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.

We will provide weekly updates on our Instagram story and highlights. Customers who purchase a pre-order item will also receive weekly email updates regarding their order.

If there are any delays, we will communicate with you directly through email. Please be patient with us during this process as we work to make sure every customer receives their order within the timeframe listed.
